Studio PAUSE started this project way back in 2014, when the first PoeTree was created to engage the community in writing haikus to be displayed on a “poetry tree.” Read more about the Community Poetry & The PoeTree Project here. The PoeTree, in its newest form, is again created by artist Sharmila Karamchandani for the Columbia Pike Studio.

Join us for the full blossoming of The PoeTree decorated with haiku poems written by people from all over Arlington! Meet Studio poets and artists, listen to people share their own haikus, and celebrate the shared creativity in our community. Light refreshments will be served.
